Afsara Self Organisation was founded in 2015 by Nighat Parween, a dedicated social worker inspired by her work with ICDS. Witnessing the challenges faced by underprivileged communities, Nighat envisioned creating a platform to uplift and empower those in need, particularly women and girls. Driven by her passion for social change, Nighat began holding meetings at the end of every month last Sunday and on days when she was free from her job. These gatherings became a space to organize initiatives and provide support to those in need. Her dedication has shaped Afsara Self Organisation into a beacome of hope for many.
Afsara Self Organisation is committed to support Government in execution of Integrated Agriculture development programme, Horticulture development programme, establishment and running of ITI, charitable hospital, skill-cum- vocational training centre, old age home, medicinal / aromatic plantation, flowers cultivation, herbal plantation programme, Social Forestry, Disaster management, Sarvey programme, Prototype scheme, integrated watershed management programme, rural development programme, SHG's formation & training programme, TSC under PRAKALP and development & empowerment programme of women, children, SC's, ST's, OBC's, Disable, minorities and farmers.
Our vision is to improve the quality of life of the suffereing mass and deprived section especially women and gilrs children SC, ST OBC Minorities deprivesd sections orphna and helpless.

  • To impart knowledge about sanitation, health awareness, etc., in rural and urban areas, and for this purpose, to establish and administer charitable health care centers for cancer, leprosy, heart diseases, eye care, kidney care, nursing homes, hospitals, etc.
  • Whenever possible, the foundation shall establish and administer the Afsara Self Organisation Society to provide shelter to destitute, abandoned widows, and elderly persons.
  • To undertake, conduct, or organize programs for general awareness regarding anti-drug movements, AIDS, Hepatitis B, sexual health, population control, nutrition, etc.
  • To strive for relief work during natural calamities such as floods, fires, famines, earthquakes, and epidemics.
  • To impart technical knowledge to unemployed youths in cottage industries like poultry, fisheries, goat farming, beekeeping, tourism, agriculture, and forestry to promote self-employment.
